Counsel to Nnamdi Kalu has approached the court to quash the case of treason and terrorism against his client because the federal government could not provide any witness to testify against his client, but the counsel for the federal government said the people who are ready to testify refuses to appear before the court because they are afraid they could be victimized since the case is a case of terrorism.
