Explosion on Chevron facility in Warri

 

Scarcely a day after the new activist gathering, Niger Delta Avengers gave a two-week final ultimatum for oil firms working in the area to close down operations, a blast on Friday shook Chevron Nigeria Limited's office.

The organization had in the most recent couple of weeks recorded a few assaults on its establishments, for which the aggressors claim responsibility.

Friday's blast happened in the Marakaba line worked by the oil firm in Warri, Delta State. The Nation reports that hazardous was exploded on oil well head 10 on the Makaraba line.
