Buhari refuses to sign 2016 budget send it back to the National Assembly.

The representative of the House of Representatives, Abdurazaq Namdas yesterday affirmed that President Muhammadu Buhari has declined to sign the 2016 spending plan.

Affirming this improvement to columnists, Namdas said the President gave back the debate ridden spending plan to the National Assembly refering to some hazy areas that should be balanced, which he declined to uncover.

Namdas said, "I can affirm to you that we are in control of the letter from the president distinguishing hazy areas."

The National Assemble had in March 23 passed the bill and later transmitted it to the President for his consent.

Be that as it may, Buhari declined to consent, refering to exclusion of certain tasks in the record among others as explanation behind the postponement in marking the allocation bill
