The IMO authorities has lampooned the endemic individuals of Biafra (IPOB) for embarrassing Governor Rochas Okorocha within the uk few days back.

Okorocha was interrupted by the pro-Biafra people as he delivered a lecture on Human capability Development at the Chatham House in London on Wednesday.

Reacting to the event, the state noted that IPOB’s action wasn't solely embarrassing to Okorocha as associate Nigerian leader, but, also, to Ndigbo, each reception and within the Diaspora.


A statement by Okorocha’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. sam Onwuemeodo alleged IPOB acted the manner it did at Chatham House as a result of “Okorocha has not supported their actions or the actions of the other pro-Biafra cluster.

“That was their solely reason for throwing caution to the wind and offensive the Chatham House to disrupt such a beautiful outing by a bonafide leader and son of Igboland.

“As a government, we tend to commend the high level of maturity that the governor and few of the senior organisation, who attended him, had exhibited within the face of such unmotivated and foolish action of the IPOB members at Chatham House.

“It is even worrisome that members of a gaggle like IPOB that have continuously given the impression that they're fighting for the reason behind Nigerian would conceive to storm the Chatham House to cause hassle at an occurrence one among the most effective in Nigerian land was invited to deliver a speech on the manner forward for our society.”
