As the people of Anambra central senatorial area continue to wait for the date of election rerun in to the senate the polity is gradually heating up.


The former national chairman of APGA chief victor Umeh who is the candidate of APGA has threaten to go to court if the posters of formal governor of the state peter Obi as the flag bearer of PDP eventually becomes true. speaking to newsmen at Tansian University Umuaya in Anambra state he said the decision of the formal governor to be part of the rerun illegal and promised to go to court to stop him from contesting. He said the supreme court in his ruling has said the election is not a fresh election but a rerun.

 Chief Joe martians who was a former commissioner during peter obi administration said by all standard the former governor is qualified to contest, he said the court of appeal other for a fresh election and not rerun.
